concrete skills to manage conflict for better results at work,
at home, and in the world.
Carol Bowser, a licensed attorney in the state of Washington,
earned her law degree at Seattle University School of Law.
She has provided legal representation and consultation to
individuals and organizations. In 1997 Carol began training
in the areas of conflict resolution, communication skills,
negotiating, and leadership. In 2002 Carol founded Conflict
Management Strategies, a company emphasizing training and
consulting on conflict resolution in schools and the workplace.
She works with companies of all sizes to increase productivity
by improving working relationships. Ms. Bowser also brings
her talents to the University of Phoenix Tacoma campus in
the areas of Employment Law and Business Law.
