The Roadmap To Resolution
The
email started like this, "I liked the idea of having
a plan and it made me think about what Emotional Intelligence
means. The idea of having a plan in place to deal
with a problem professionally is not something I've heard
before, and it makes perfect sense. Now, the question
is, what's the plan that will be the most efficient?"
Excellent
question! We will start that the beginning—as Julie
Andrews tells us—a very good place to start.
Figure
out where "the other guy" is-that is THE
STARTING POINT.

Feedback
"A
friend of mine sent me this today and I thought of you and
your line of work.
"I
think a hero is an ordinary individual who finds the strength
to persevere and endure in spite of overwhelming obstacles."
-- Christopher Reeve

I
know that you have seen first hand that for some the most
overwhelming obstacle is the ability to let go of preconceived
notions and/or behaviors. It does indeed take incredible
strength at times to set aside ones own ego, ones concept
of reality to consider other possibilities. To some the
price to pay for that "common ground" is just
too expensive for them."
